Media folder Dynamic Images not loading

I am having an issue with with the media folder dynamic images not loading.  It starting when I installed the latest stable release Version 3.0.5724.3.  It happens across all clients and web clients.  I am running the emby server on WHS 2011 on an ivybridge i3 processor.  Looking at the server log files, I am getting an error with the Dynamic Image Provider.  Please see the attached logs.  Let me know if you require any other information.
