smidley 22 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) When I try to manage my Emby server via the web interface using Chrome, it doesn't show images correctly most of the time. When I use something like Firefox, it works fine. Is this something that is being looked into? Example: http://i.imgur.com/HaBMDSj.png Edited September 8, 2015 by smidley
AdrianW 1054 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Perhaps it's a caching issue - have you tried force refreshing the page (Ctrl-F5) or clearing the browser cache? (Ctrl-H > Clear Browsing Data). Lots (possibly most) users here will be using Chrome, and I haven't seen this issue before.
smidley 22 Posted September 9, 2015 Author Posted September 9, 2015 I have tried clearing my cache. I've also tried this on multiple different computers running Chrome.
jani 4 Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 (edited) I think my problem might be similar. Sometimes when the "logo image" for a tv show is missing, a thumbnail is not extracted. This can be seen in the "Next Up" tab (index.html?tab=1) as well as TV > Suggestions (tvrecommended.html). This means the same thumbnails are missing in Firefox, Chrome and Edge. For example this Mythbusters episode is missing a thumbnail, but if I open that episode page, the thumbnail is displayed just fine: http://i.imgur.com/4fjxAXU.png. On the other hand, that Arrested Development episode is displaying the proper thumbail, which is extracted from the episode. Edited September 22, 2015 by jani
