CBers 6792
Hi @@jurmb84. The sync won't run on my Fire TV - it's seems to be timing out. The Kodi log contains thisn 09:52:43 T:1738562424 NOTICE: . 09:53:43 T:1738562424 NOTICE: EMBY DownloadUtils -> Server unreachable at: http://192.168.1.140:8096/Emby.Kodi.SyncQueue/fe8e98c1df54d9b502474bab46ee8982/GetItems?LastUpdateDT=2015-08-21T08%3A27%3A31Z&format=json 09:53:43 T:1738562424 NOTICE: Sync Database -> Incremental Sync Changes : 09:53:43 T:1738562424 ERROR: Exception in thread Thread-9: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/home/jenkins/workspace/Android-ARM/tools/depends/xbmc-depends/arm-linux-androideabi-android-17/lib/python2.6/threading.py", line 532, in __bootstrap_inner File "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons/plugin.video.emby/resources/lib/LibrarySync.py", line 998, in run libSync = self.FullLibrarySync() File "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons/plugin.video.emby/resources/lib/LibrarySync.py", line 95, in FullLibrarySync changedItems = results["ItemsUpdated"] + results["ItemsAdded"] TypeError: string indices must be integers, not str 09:53:44 T:1577656632 NOTICE: EMBY Service -> Server is online and ready. Kodi log. Also, I've just got home from a week's holiday and when I started Kodi on my Nexus Player last night, I had 15466 deletes in the "Incremental Sync Delete" processing queue. I haven't deleted anything whilst away, only added stuff automatically. Any ideas please as to what is happening? . Angelblue05 4130
I had the same problem. It's because of all these items to remove. The connection times out because it's trying to get all these items at once. We are still looking into it.
CBers 6792
OK, thanks. Means I don't get new updates on my Fire TV though. I have disabled the Incremental Sync for now and reverted to the old method.
cw-kid 192
So does this mean it will actually delete content you have not selected to delete yourself? Or just remove items from the library and leave the files on the server? Sounds a bit worrying. Thanks
xnappo 1593
No, it is just like the server changed all the people IDs to something else - we aren't sure yet.
