Emby shutdown and no play movie on external player

I need your help for 2 problems.

The first problem is :

I don't know why, but Emby's services close without reason.

When I would like to watch a movie, l start WMC but Emby doesn't find Emby server. It's normal, because the package Emby is closed, but I don't understand why it turns off alone.

 

The second problem is :

When I use my LG G2 to watch a movie, there is no problem. But when I select my TV samsung in my player's list, and I click "play" in my movie, my TV writes this : "Check your network settings". And the TV never starts the movie,...
