The main reason is the fumbling chromecast support, which to be honest doesn't work well enough for day to day use. I'm not that big of a fan of Plex, so I'm hoping things will improve and I get to come back. But for the time being, Plex is the less frustrating option for chromecast playback. I'm not trying to mock Emby, I just wanted to make sure that I don't just simply go away in silence, but rather tell the community the biggest ache I had that caused me to move.
