Unknown App Profile

Hey Community

 

 I got a Problem with my Emby Playback.

I sync some movies succesfully, but i can´t playback it without transcoding.

The Bitrated set to 30 MB/S

 

Can anyone help me or got the same problem?

Audio Bitrate exceeds DirectPlay limit

The Bitrate is set to 30 Mbits it can´t be higher

this comes only one time i tested it multiply times ( audio exceed)

do you have a log from the sync transcoding by any chance? it might have synced it with a bitrate too high for the web client. you can also try medium and low quality. i can add more options to allow you to choose higher values in the web client.

Here is the transcoding log ..
It's really strange. I synced a video as it is (original), where I know It's direct playable without transcoding but Emby takes the local file on my server and not that one from google drive.
When I play the local file, there is also the debug information (but video plays at least):

Does it maybe help if I post the json file thats saved on google drive?

yea the json would be good. in the above we have a condition against direct play of the AAC LC profile within the mkv and mov containers. LC is supported in mp4 though.

Have you changed something?

I've updated on dev like you sad (Version 3.0.5672.27228) - but there was still the same debug information in log.

Now I updated to Version 3.0.5673.4217 and nearliy all synced content is playable.

Baseline profile with medium and low quality works. In high quality there are still problems and sometimes I also get a sync error:

"Cloud & Folder Sync failed.

Couldn't find file 0B2PggIhdkezxM1oyYUliV3BsQ1E/movie.mp4"

I think it has to do something with the size of the file because smaller videos (episodes 20min lenght) are synced fine in high quality.

But I have to test and debug first to give further log informations.
