"The requested URL was not found" after accidentally changing port number.

I changed the port number by accident, but when I went to change it back when I realized it had changed, I got a plain "The requested URL was not found" page. I then proceeded to try and install it again. Nothing happened. I then searched my computer for all files and folders containing "MediaBrowser" and "Emby" and deleted them all. However when I went to try it again, it was still on the wrong port, and therefore I couldn't access it. 

 

I still cant access the Configuraions page (or any page for that matter). The web client shows the server as running but cannot connect to it.

Is there an icon in the system tray?  If so what happens if you double click it or right click on it?
