web client for use in LAN environment - bypass login / profile screen?

we are hosting videos for use internally. clients will be accessing this using the web client. I posted a link on our intranet like this:

To get this, I clicked PLAY on the video and then copied the URL. but when users click on it, they are not taken directly to the video, they are taken to a page where they have to first click on the profile picture (with no password). then instead of going directly to the video, they see the list of videos.  its like they have to get past that login screen before things work like I want them to.  I want to bypass the 'choose profile' screen. any ideas?

 Have you tried setting a password and selecting the easy pin option without entering a pin?

thanks for this tip. I tried it but it didn't work. it still takes the user to a page where they must click on the icon choice for profile.
