Samsung TV recognised, and then not

Hi,

I am having an issue with the correct profile be set for our Samsung TVs. From looking at the log t appears to recognise and set the correct profile, then straight after not recognise the device and set the Generic profile.

After the above, there is recurring error reports. Log attached from when TV is turned on. Any thoughts?

Have you tried the Samsung Smart TV app?

Might be worth a try.

Yep, have already used the Samsung app and it works well. Was just hoping to keep it simple by accessing directly through sources.

You can't get much simpler than the app's UI
