unable to sign in to server after install

Hi everyone,

 

After several issues i deleted and reinstalled emby server on my  home server 2011. Now i cant log in and stuck on the sign in page ( see attached). I tried using my log in and password that I use normally but nothing.

 

Why is this software so difficult to get set up? Ever since version 3 came out all i have had is problems. The software is feature packed but feels like pre beta when you can even sign on. I even installed it on a laptop to see if maybe it was my server causing the issue and i get the same issue.  

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
