urzahil 0
Hi, Can someone suggest a profile for the Samsung bsp-c5900 player? I'm unable to play any video through DLNA.
Happy2Play 8296
What profile is currently being used? Default? What issues are you having?
urzahil 0
I'm not sure how to check which profile I'm currently using, I can't find anything in the logs (I've enabled debugging). There's only one error reported, see below. On the player, I simply get a "format not supported message" with every file I try to access. 2015-06-10 20:41:05.0770 Error - UpnpContentDirectory: Error parsing item Id: V. Happy2Play 8296
Do you have DLNA debug logging enabled? If so you should see your device information in the log. example 2014-12-21 12:25:34.1656 Info - Dlna: No matching device profile found. urzahil 0
This is a full log with debug enabled (for DLNA too) from server startup, while trying to view a couple of movies: http://paste2.org/Lg3Ywewe Also Device Spy doesn't even find my player on the network. urzahil 0
Apparently the DLNA debug works only after a restart. This is a log from start, while trying to play some random video files: http://paste2.org/NsyjU7m0

GB Utah 4
http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/24468-dlna-profile-for-samsung-series-c/ Have you looked at the above topic? There appears to be some progress. I'd give one warning though, it appears the C model from Samsung doesn't reliably identify itself in any way. The 'solution' in the linked thread will likely match quite a few, if not all DLNA clients on your network.
