Auto-Organize fails if ANY folder can't be found

So i recently lost a drive (12 TB of Movie and Anime all gone - Stupid RAID failure....) but my other drive where my TV shows reside is still good. However, when I try to auto-organize, it fails telling me path can't be found - even though both the source (a folder on the TV drive called INCOMING) and the destination are both there. The path i'm assuming it can't find is an unrelated drive. I could remove these folder from the library, but I don't want to lose the Meta-Data or the list of movies so I can use it to re-build the library. Can this please be fixed so auto-organize works even if some folders in the library can't be found?

As an aside, it would be AWESOME if there was a simple way to export a list of everything in the library (and even more awesome if you could filter it just to what is "offline") for situations like this where you aren't sure what is missing.

This appears to be resolved in Version 3.0.5637.14865
