Movies play fine there isn't any issues with them just the TV Shows. I have attached the error from the servers log and also a screen shot of what I'm getting. 2013-11-18 16:17:12.3828, Warn, StringMapTypeDeserializer, Property 'id' does not exist on type 'MediaBrowser.WebDashboard.Api.GetDashboardResource' Any help is much appreciated. Luke 37259
what are the file names of some of those episodes?
htdj03 0
All of my file names are like this: 01 - Episode name.mp4 or 01 - Episode name.mkv Also from browsing my library I noticed that there are a few that work correctly. Still get the same error: 2013-11-18 16:42:35.7578, Warn, StringMapTypeDeserializer, Property 'id' does not exist on type 'MediaBrowser.WebDashboard.Api.GetDashboardResource' but I do see all the episodes for the season selected and the file format for these episodes are 01 - Episode Name.mkv This only works for like different shows the rest of my library I cannot browse the episodes. ebr 14959
That naming convention is not one of the ones supported.
Luke 37259
go to the edit screen for the series, make sure season number is correct. then expand on the left hand side, look at the the episodes, make sure their season and episode numbers are correct. htdj03 0
but it was working fine before I updated to version 3.0.5070.20258. I make the change on one that is not working and post my results.
Luke 37259
the current build is a little pickier. i'll see what i can do about that. however - if the we're not able to detect the numbers due to your use of an unsupported convention, you will potentially see quirks and/or loss of features. htdj03 0
Thanks Luke that worked. the Episode Number was missing, I added it and now the episode appears. Thanks for the help.
Solution Luke 37259 Posted November 19, 2013 Solution Share Posted November 19, 2013 It's missing because we couldn't extract it from the filename because the convention is not on our supported list. we may at some point support that one, but i can't say when.
