Inconsistent UI when enhanced presentation disabled

I recently switched from plex to emby, and have really been enjoying my experience thus far.

 

Just thought I should share a minor erk I found. When enhanced presentations are disabled (Preferences -> Display tab -> View Styles), if I go into a library folder and click on a video, there still seems to be an overly cluttered menu at the top (picture: http://i.imgur.com/Ydy8l4c.jpg). Clicking some of those links leads me to a new page, and changes the order of the menu entirely. Although this is by no means a big issue, it really causes loss of consistency.

 

I personally never use these (cool) fancy organizational tools like people, networks, genres, etc., and it would be nice to have those entirely out of site when enhanced presentation is not enabled.
