Nice working on it I shall get back you shortly,

Here are logs: I noticed few hold up while navigating ups/downs but not as previous, but the issue is common with Titan.

Also not sure why compress data process takes while a bit to complete whatever it is performing under the hood, and sometime seems to holds other processes like navigating through list of movies or TV's.

That just my quick review, let me know what follows-Thanks :)

You had quite a lot of updates going. Maybe you can enable the sync dialog to see the activity and see if it slows down. Updates I mean like more than 200 items.

I just launch perform manual syncro, I wait for the process to complete, hope it will clean pending processes and aid the smoth navigating, I shall  post log afterward.

Thanks

OK Thanks, let me do that I shall get back to you tomorrow, almost midnight here.

Cheers!

@ Angelblue05, thanks for your constant supports, I notice slow play is a hot topic as I have being following the thread; I am certain and confident that you guys will brainstorm a solution eventually.

That been said, one issue that remain outstanding for me is the slowness in populating movie/tv poster, I refused to jump into conclusion as I have no knowledge of coding nor skill in dissecting or troubleshoot what is happing under Kodi hood, but on the surface I can tell if something is right or not.

To my point -Sunday observations:

I reset my Wetek (openElec to default) install the addon you supply in this thread, after completion, @8.30am or thereabout, I left home 9am while my TV and Kodi/emby box left on, just to allow sufficient time for emby to cache all data, I came late night at 10:30pm.

Straight to review the system, yet notice gap when I navigate through movie list, it is like I have to pause few sec to allow poster to display, and if pressed the key faster, then I have to wait longer (I didn't keep time) before posters start displaying one at time, kind of annoying if you see my point. I can attest that in past not sure when, that even when I pressed longer on remote key for few second the poster display are responsive although a lag is noticed but as it is currently.

Most appreciate

Pls Note I am not venting anger, but to just to ensure get a across issue and hope solution is sort to address this nuance.

Included is logs

Hi @@e123enitan - I think to fix the you need to run the texturecache tool.  I meant to spend some time this weekend on writing it up, but didn't get to it.

I will try to write something up soon - but did you try following the conversation here:

Thanks,

Thanks for your quick turnaround and good to know you heard the writing on tool in WIP, I am eagerly looking forward to the tool, hope it resolved the issue. Yes I do kept pace with that thread, I broadly comprehend the objective/concept, except for tek linguistic which dominate the thread, I wish it could be translated to audit/accounting/Taxation concepts and principles that I am accustomed with   . :D

I have learn a lots from the forum as i interact and and engage in many of the discussions, therfore, excuse my ignorant when I asked silly questions atimes, I am willing to learn C++, Java++, Jason+

Just update to Openelec 6.0, Kodi 15

Emby addon form Git downloaded at 8.35pm,

Although I notice improvement when I played movie/tv,

navigating ups/down seems better, and postes/fanarts appears faster than before

I can't not narrow these improvement to either emby-addon or Kodi 15 or both synergized this improvement.

However, I noticed few errors in the attached  logs, hope provide useful info.

Thanks,

I think those are 'normal' errors if you have logging set to 'debug'.

@@Angelblue05 - anyway to get requests not to put 'error' all over everything? :D

It's just the "channel" they communicate on. There's no error. However, I'll reenable the mute on it since we have our own logging.
