I am using the latest stable version of emby and and the client an Amazon FireTV. With many of my films I do not have a problem - with all episodes in that case of Arrow I have problems with the picture. Picture is stuttering (looks like I only use 20 frames) - sound is ok. I am using a quad core cpu - so transcoding speed should'nt be an issue. If I play that file with my linux receiver - piture is fully ok. Any ideas to resolve that ? Looking in the log I can find: [hls @ 0x808849a20] Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:0; previous: 21, current: 21; changing to 22. This may result in incorrect timestamps in the output file.
