martinbowling 3
I am running 3.0.5582.4 on a Windows Server 2012 machine and I added a few movies last night, it did a scan over night and didn't identify the movies (4 .avi, 6 mp4) I manually identified them and did an advanced refresh but I am still getting no media data, even after the server has scanned the media again. The files will play, they show up in the metadata manager. However the 5 in my one folder that are supposed to cloud sync all new items, they do not appear in the queue. Would logs help? martinbowling 3
As an FYI I deleted all media paths, library.db, refreshinfo.db & mediainfo.db. Restarted server, re added media paths & added unc paths while at it and all seems to be well. Let me know if you would like latest set of logs. If I see it reoccur I will provide logs thanks!
