Sammy 786 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 I am on server Version 3.0.5061.25570 and my library is not showing on any of my clients. I am using UNC path convention and didn't have any problems until the server update. Now I cannot use Media Browser..
Luke 40072 Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 is it in the middle of the first-time scan after the update? if so just wait it out. we'll improve it soon so that this doesn't happen.

Click the MB icon in the upper left of the dashboard, or select "Browse Library..." from the context menu on the tray icon of the server. From MBC I get nothing at all showing. What is "nothing at all"? Your screen goes black? I doubt that is the case. In order for us to help we need very specific information about what is happening. Pictures are an excellent way to provide this.
Solution ebr 15664 Posted November 15, 2013 Solution Posted November 15, 2013 Are you sure the user you are logged in as actually has access to a library? Can you please post a server log from when you brought up that web client screen.
