Sync to folder - Possible to preserve directory structure?

Hi,

 

I found the sync function very handy for keeping the same videos file in two different qualities, but when outputting the encoded videos to the target folder, the original directory structure is not preserved. I'd like to ask if it is possible to add an option to preserve the folder structure in the next version? Thank you in advance!
