Adding Songs to Playing Now Adds New Song + All the Previous Added Songs Again

When adding songs to now playing from playlist it adds the new song plus all previous songs to list.  It appears that it just takes the array of current songs in now playing adds the new songs and then appends it to the array of previous songs in now playing.  However, it plays correctly so it seems to only be playing the songs in the last array.  Probably easier to see with a pic

 

Steps to recreate error from picture in the example below

First navigate to playlist

Add 1st song Malibu (all is good)

Add 2d song Godzilla (all is good)

Add 3d song Extra Ordinary (2d and 3d song are added again after the 3d)

Add 4th song Last Kiss (2d, 3d, and 4th song are added again)

Add 5th song Ava Adore (2d, 3d, 4th, and 5th song are added again)

 

This kept on going on and on further down the list.
