Can't access Emby after updating to 3.0.5572

Had some weirdness occur with Emby, so decided to uninstall it completely and reinstall it fresh. It tries to open the start wizard but browser says the page is not found. I've also tried restarting, and I still have the issues. Here are my latest two log files. Let me know if you need something more from me. Thanks for the help!

Yup, looks like the BitDefender rules got messed up somehow. Should have known to look for that haha. Thanks ebr.
