Sync very bad quality

I finally got my Windows App to download Synced videos. I created a sync job at High Quality (general format) with two small 30 minute-ish videos items. Here is my results:

 

 

 

Not sure how well you can see it in the picture, but the quality of the video is horrible. I would just use the original format, but the Windows App will not play that format. Is there any ideas as to why?

Emby Server: 3.0.5569.0
