reluctantflux 38 Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 (edited) I'm running Unraid 6beta14b. I just updated my Emby docker today, and now it won't start. Everynow and then I can refresh and get a bit of default text, but subsequent refreshes return a "can't load". Tons of log files are getting created. I've attached the clog. reluctantflux 38 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Share Posted April 1, 2015 @, do you have any ideas? I've been staring at the logs and don't know what I'm looking for. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
reluctantflux 38 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Share Posted April 1, 2015 Every now and then, I get the following when I refresh: "Home Latest Next Up Favorites Upcoming" across the top of the page. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
reluctantflux 38 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Share Posted April 1, 2015 This is the error I'm finding in the log: * Assertion at class.c:5607, condition `!mono_loader_get_last_error ()' not met Doing a google search brings up a bunch of coding sites that I'm not well versed in. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
reluctantflux 38 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Share Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) I rebuilt the docker image, and the issue persists. Looks like it's an issue with "mono". I'm not sure what to try next. I really don't want to rebuild Emby from scratch. Seeing this in the logs: "Got a SIGABRT while executing native code. This usually indicates a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries used by your application." MSattler 387 Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 This is the error I'm finding in the log: * Assertion at class.c:5607, condition `!mono_loader_get_last_error ()' not met Doing a google search brings up a bunch of coding sites that I'm not well versed in. Thanks. I ran into this the other day when upgrading my Unraid 6beta14b MB install to 3.0.5557.20000. I ended up just blowing away the install, starting fresh, and restoring configurations from backups using the backup plugin. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution reluctantflux 38 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Solution Share Posted April 1, 2015 Eureka! So right before that "Assertion at class..." error, there's a line about stuff not being found for LiveTV, so I deleted the LiveTV plugin and configuration (under the addons folder) and then started Emby, and it came right up. 2015-03-31 16:55:34 [3738] | Info, HttpServer, Adding HttpListener prefix https://+:8920/ 2015-03-31 16:55:34 [3738] | Info, HttpServer, attempting to load pfx: /config/ssl/cert_868022bcd14f864e568538b043e22a23.pfx 2015-03-31 16:55:35 [3738] | Missing method MediaBrowser.Controller.LiveTv.ILiveTvService::GetChannelStream(string,CancellationToken) in assembly /opt/mediabrowser/MediaBrowser.Controller.dll, referenced in assembly data-0x134b0b0 2015-03-31 16:55:35 [3738] | * Assertion at class.c:5607, condition `!mono_loader_get_last_error ()' not met 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Info, Main, Emby 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Command line: /opt/mediabrowser/MediaBrowser.Server.Mono.exe -programdata /config 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Operating system: Unix 3.18.5.0 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Processor count: 8 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | 64-Bit OS: True 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | 64-Bit Process: True 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Program data path: /config 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Mono: 3.10.0 (tarball Wed Nov 5 12:50:04 UTC 2014) 2015-03-31 16:55:38 [3923] | Application Path: /opt/mediabrowser/MediaBrowser.Server.Mono.exe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MSattler 387 Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Just updated my docker build to Version 3.0.5568.30829 without any issues. It does say 3.0.5569.0 is available. No issue with the LiveTV Plugin either. Thanks! Edited April 1, 2015 by MSattler Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mezz64 13 Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 I had the same issue. Removing just the wmc2mb plugin dll (without touching the configuration) allowed it to start and all my settings remained once I reinstalled it via the dashboard. Eureka! So right before that "Assertion at class..." error, there's a line about stuff not being found for LiveTV, so I deleted the LiveTV plugin and configuration (under the addons folder) and then started Emby, and it came right up.
