itsrumsey 4 Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 With the new addition of Cloud/Folder sync pretranscoding / backup, I think it would be a great idea if we could limit specific users to only have access to sync'd content. Using this feature would allow you to manage your transcode load on the server when you have lots of users. Also, if you wanted to folder sync your entire library in low / medium quality to a backup drive you could limit specific people outside a targeted group to the sync library, thereby reducing the strain on your bandwidth and CPU. Off topic, but it would be nice if you could limit maximum client bitrate options per user on the server as well. There are some people I don't mind streaming from my library but I would rather they only have access to 1-2mpbs of my resources. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
