c# Triggering a library refresh

How can I trigger a library refresh in c# ?  And is it possible to trigger it for certain library folders ?

 

I know this works http://localhost:8096/Library/Refresh? but what is the c# command equivalent ?  How do you post RefreshLibrary ?

 

I can get items all day long but I'm still having trouble posting requests.

 

I want to update a search library folder that is frequently changing items.  I was able to do it in MB2 but now it seems I need some sort of refresh because old data keeps getting returned.

 

I know there is a built in search function but I wanted to try something different.
