Item Query on Episodes Problem

I have been trying to do some item queries on some tv episodes to add to a playlist and I've run into 2 problem maybe someone can explain.

Problem #1

The Start Index Number:

I want to get results starting from index 13 on down but I have to set the start index number at 12 in order for number 13 to show up.

Is this the way its suppose to work?

Even though the indexing starts at 1 does it really start at index 0 ?

Problem #2

When I do an item query on the latest season of a TV series I get episodes that I don't have or that haven't even aired yet.

Where are these episodes coming from and why are they in my results ???

Does it actually query files on my hard drive or some outside database ?

Any explanation is appreciated

Edit:

Episode query returns the right results and no unaired episodes.  But problem 1 still remains.

I'd still like an explanation.  Or is it a bug?

Thanks,

Boutzo

Update:

Got it working right

episode query will index it right "without the index-1" swagger does not.

Still would like an explanation on the unaired episodes though.  "Just for my sanity."

Whether or not unaired and missing episodes are returned by the query is a user-specific setting (using web client prefs).

However, if you have a good reason to, you can override this by specifying specific filters on your query.

Those setting are unchecked in the web client and still they show up in an items query not an episode query.

Not a problem but I though you should know.
