Win XP?

If you can get the .net framework version 4.5 on it, you might be OK. The features of the OS don't really matter, it's really just a question of whether the 4.5 framework supports XP.

And then if it does, first order of business will be installing a modern browser because you need at least IE10. If that's not available for XP, then you'll need to install Chrome.

Thanks for the replies, Koleckai and Luke.

I'll see if I can get .net 4.5 installed. I already have Chrome installed.

Thanks again.

As far as I'm aware the oldest supported system for .net 4.5 is Vista SP2. Some people are using Mono but the level of success varies.
