Realtime Monitoring Ingestion Sometimes Missing New Content

From time to time, content is not ingested in realtime, could/should realtime ingestion be more robust?...or do i just need to accwpt limitations and run a scan library task more frequently.

Enable Realtime Monitoring is enabled

Content is stored on an SMB Share on MB3 Server

 

Consider the file "Am Callanetics (Callan Pinckney) (26 Min) (Fitness).avi"

 

The file is moved into a media folder, manually by a user..and the realtime monitoring detects it...

but its not until a scan library task is run an hour later (once the file is noticed missing)..that the file is actually ingested

So it seems that a new file can be detected...but ingestion is interrupted and not completed?

anyone else seeing content not showing up sometimes from realtime monitoring?
