greekgod25 0 Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Hello everyone, normally I've been able to figure out 99% of my own problems but I am officially stumped. Since the latest update, I am unable to access the media server from any device. I am however able to access it through my DDNS address when using my phone off of wifi. I have triple checked the router settings and the IP/ports are all properly configured. I've noticed the server wont even allow me to log in using MB Connect. In all attempts to access the server locally, the server claims to be unreachable. But prior to the update everything worked great. Any guidance or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Typically if the firewall was blocking access, one would expect the external access would fail as well. but when I check canyouseeme and check that port, it shows open. and again, my phone off of wifi connects no problem. What url are you using? http://ip-address:8096/web/login.html or http://ip-address:8096/mediabrowser/web/login.html should work also.
