awakening 5
I am unable to have MB fetch the right meta data for some movies. For example Big Bear. A 1998, 2 part TV movie. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0159851/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 Tried it in my movies folder and in my designated TV-Shows folder but no luck. Also tried deleting all data from the folder and filled out the metadata manager with the correct path, title, and the IMDB ID. Saved it and then tried ‘refresh' and ‘identify’ but it keeps fetching the wrong info. On the dashboard there is no option to set IMDB as a fetcher. Is there a specific reason for this? Hope someone has the answers.
Maleficarum 68
IMDB is not used as a fetcher as the fee to directly access their content is prohibitively high, instead the IMDB ID for an item is used as a reference to find it on other sources such as tvdb etc. The downside to this is that if an item only exists on IMDB and has not been entered on one of the open sources used then MB cannot return any data for it. I had a quick scout on TVDB and TMDb and it appears that Big Bear does not have any entry on either of them I'm afraid though it does appear on the open movie database. I believe omdb is available as a fetcher in options.

ebr 14928
Best thing to do is add it to the open providers we do use (tmdb and thetvdb).
