rsaxman 0 Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 All trailers are showing up as a open DVD case even though I have trailers set to film in cover art. Is something overriding the cover art?
ebr 15609 Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 What type of item to you have configured to show that treatment?
rsaxman 0 Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 standard def items like avi, xvid, etc. are configured to show be shown as open case DVD. Under treatments I only have trailers set to the film treatment
ebr 15609 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 So that means they are being identified as a movie probably - or some change in the server is causing a problem here. I'll need more information to know. Change the treatment style for your main items and trailers and bring up the trailers in any client. Then post the server log. How to Report a Problem
rsaxman 0 Posted March 3, 2015 Author Posted March 3, 2015 Sorry it has taken me a while to get to this. I have attached the log file. I also uninstalled Cover Art and reinstalled it and the trailers are still taking on whatever treatment I give movies. Thanks server-63560922838.txt
ebr 15609 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 A quick scan through that log I see nothing but movies. What trailers have the problem?
rsaxman 0 Posted March 3, 2015 Author Posted March 3, 2015 All of them. Local and internet ones alike
ebr 15609 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 All of them. Local and internet ones alike No, I need you to tell me a specific item from that log that was a trailer...
ebr 15609 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Try 300: Rise of an Empire and 48 Hours Neither one of those is processed in that log.
rsaxman 0 Posted March 4, 2015 Author Posted March 4, 2015 I looked at that log and it barely had anything in it This one appears to be complete server-63560965911.txt
ebr 15609 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Neither of those titles are in that log either. You will need to find a trailer and refresh it including downloading new images and then post that server log.
