No "LOCAL" password

Recommended Posts

I'm having trouble with my daughters account, didn't have a password on until I read a few bits n bobs earlier scared me into it!!!

so I put one on and tried to use the "easy pin key" option in server as I couldn't find the "no password on local network" option.

basically doesn't work. MBC still asks for the password?

could someone point me in the right direction please...

ta v much

If you don't want a password to be required for local access, create a password for the account in the normal spot and then check the "Use Easy Pin for local access" option but don't supply anything in the Easy Pin field.

That will require the password you set for remote access and no password for local.
