Server v3.0.5518.2 (BETA) - Generating incomplete login page when accessed remotely

[Edit] -- Problem solved.  Was using /mediabrowser in URL (which I see has been changed with this release).  Leaving that out fixed the problem for me

Just updated to the newest beta release of server (and restarted the server).

Now, when I try to hit port 8096 over HTTP remotely, I get what appears to be a blank page loading.

When digging a bit deeper (via View Source), I realize though, that some content is present, yet the HTML generated is incomplete.

Page loads fine when accessing locally.
