Rowlett 9
Hi devs, is it possible to allow webroot/path to be custom set? meaning the new version of the server now uses ../web/index.html ../css/ ../branding etc.etcc. is there anyway to revert it back to /mediabrowser/web/index.html ../mediabrowser/css ../mediabrowser/branding if not could it custom set? i.e. /$webrootvariable/web/index.html that way it would make it easier to or can continue to easily url rewrite thanks! Luke 37119
if you use /mediabrowser/web/index.html i would think that url still works fine, no? it's only if you use /mediabrowser or /mediabrowser/ that you end up getting redirected to /web/index.html
Rowlett 9
yes for the initial page but every request is made without the /mediabrowser/ so it's like http://domain.com/Packages/ or http://domain.com/news/ .... etc etc i think i have kind of working rewrite now just got these in the conidition format Match Any Path_Info - Matches Pattern - /web/? Path_Info - Matches Pattern - /notifications/? Path_Info - Matches Pattern - /Packages/? Path_Info - Matches Pattern - /news/? etc... but was much easier just redirecting/rewriting every that contained /mediabrowser/ to mediabrowser http server

Kurosh 16
Hello, I'm using a reverse proxy, is there a way to make the webroot from "emby" to somehting else e.g. "1" I don't want any application information in the URL.
Luke 37119
Hi, you can do /emby, or no sub directory at all, but you can't configure it to 1.
Kurosh 16
Thanks, is there plans to make it configurable?
Luke 37119
No plans because configuring it on the server means you'd also have to be able to enter in into emby apps and that would just make the connection process more complicated
