mporcas 3
I recently had a hard drive fail and have lost a number of episodes from various TV shows. It appears to have been completely random and I was wondering if anyone knows of a tool that would help identify them?? I really don't want to go through every series of about 50 shows!! Yes, yes, I know. They should have been backed up but as I can't really afford to keep buying 2TB drives in pairs, I hadn't got a chance to get a backup for this one! Just a thought - Perhaps a tool like this could be added to MB3, either as a feature or a plugin??? Edited November 4, 2013 by mporcas
Solution ebr 14984 Posted November 4, 2013 Solution Share Posted November 4, 2013 Yeah, I know of a tool... MB3. The latest server can show you missing episodes.
mporcas 3
Oooh, where's that hiding then? I can't say I've searched around the dashboard for the last version or two, hence why I posted!

GiGo 103
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but is there a way to isolate the missing episodes rather than having to click into each show to find them? Can Emby do that or another 3rd Party tool? Would be good if Emby could ;)

GiGo 103
Ok, so now that I have found that. Is there anyway that you can tell Emby that they are not missing? Some episodes are E12_13 (double episode) and thetvdb.com sees them as 2 separate episodes (ie E12 and E13). Any ideas peeps? It isn't really a bother but helps my OCD I now only have 4668 missing episodes to go thru and try and find
ebr 14984
Yes, follow one of the supported formats for naming mult-episode files.
