main image of movies not displaying

hi

 

the main images of my movies wont display, only the actors images there is a trick to do in ubuntu to do it??

 

i also tried in freebsd but have the same problem. instead in windows it displays perfectly

 

please help!

Were the images downloaded? Did you set up the server to put the images in the same folder as the media/movie?

It may be due to permissions if the server can't download the images to the movie folder if set up that way.
