ddiehl 2
Client machine is a Windows 7 HTPC Server Ver. 3.0.5050.37565 MBC Ver. 3.0.88.0.810-29.1 All titles are video_ts folders which were no problem with with the old MB. Long time Media Browser user, and just getting my feet wet with the new server and MBC.. A little background.. Was running the old MB off a WHS.. Well the other night the WHS took the old dirt nap. Luckily I had all my DVD files backed up to my pc. In an attempt to get my HTPC up and running again, I shared the two drives and pointed the server to them. MBC appears to see all the titles complete with artwork, and title description. When I try to play them nothing happens- no little spinning cirlce- nothing. Let it sit for a bit to see if any error popped up, but nothing- it just cycles through the backdrops.. I'm guessing this is a simple oversight on my part. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.. Thanks.

mboehler 94
How do i check to see if i have proper rights to the media location? Using Windows, on the PC you have MB Classic on, browse to one of the movies or tv shows in your collection and see if you can play it.
