The show 'Undercover Boss' is identified with the proper external ID's (IMDB, TheMovieDB, TVDB). The season level (Season 6) is identified with the proper external ID (TheTVBD). The episodes are identified improperly with UK titles and descriptions, and will not update when I put in the proper external ID's. The external ID's have the right numbers, but no amount of refreshing will pull the right episode information. I've deleted all information but the video files from the show's folder and scanned the library. It just pulls the same information. Click on the -> next to the external ID and it takes you to the right page with the USA information, but the metadata is still wrong. What else to do? Angelblue05 4130 Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 When you said you refreshed, at what level did you try to refresh: Show, Season or Episode?
