jasonmcroy 315
Hi guys, I am currently using a Harmony 650 remote for Kodi and MBT via Flirc receiver. I wanted to play around with an Android type remote. I have a tablet I am not using for much of anything and wanted to see how it would work as a remote, or even use it to control my computer (I have the MB server and Kodi Player with the addon on the same computer in my living room and stream to my Roku in the bedroom). I have so far looked up an app/server combo called Unified Remote that looks pretty good but I wanted to see if you guys had any experience or programs to recommend. Thanks. -Jason
wraslor 70
I use touch squid but Irule is also good. Roomie is coming for Android at some point too.
CashMoney 94
I'm a happy Unified Remote user, whole family is in fact. Tried a few others a few years back which I can't remember the names of, but Unified Remote is the one I've stuck with and use daily; never had a need to look for anything else. jasonmcroy 315
Thanks for the suggestions/thoughts. I looked at many different options and starting using Unified remote. I think I like this one the best so far between the price and the usability. It works great to control my PC from the tablet! -Jason
