Podcasts not using downloaded content and no media info either

I have noticed a problem with the Podcasts plugin. It doesn't use any of the downloaded content to play the video files.

 

Currently, I have the channels configured as such

 

 

The server is downloading the actual video files to the selected path and it respects the download size limit.

 

However, when I go to play a podcast that I KNOW has been downloaded, it streams the video instead of using the local copy rendering the downloaded content useless.

In addition, there is no media info displayed about the video like there was when I first installed the plugin back in July.
