Organise media files failed

Hi All
I'm really struggling to find out why I'm getting this error.

The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters

I cleared errors but they keep coming back I have not install any new plug in or altered any of my file system or directories.



any help will be greatly appreciated
