Media Browser Classic Won't Install (v3.0.243)

I had to rebuild a couple of my computers and I went to the download site to install MBC and it pops and does the downloading and completes the install but there is nothing done.  It doesn't create any shortcuts or folders.  It doesn't even show up in the remove program list.  Is there a bug with the latest build?

It appears that the msi installer is 0 bytes.  Can anyone provide a mirror or something?

 

**EDIT** 

SOLVED!  I'm not sure what was wrong but I did a cache clear based on a post from ebr from a while ago "rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache"  and that didn't work but the post suggested that the only other solution was to remove the account and recreate it.  I did not do this but I did remember when I install MBC it's valid for all users so I used a different user account to install it and that fixed it.
