racefacexc 0
I saw in the FAQ and min requirements that for a win 7/8 system, a dual core 2.0 ghz or higher, 2 GB ram and a video card with 256Mb ram. I plan on building a HTPC this week and wanted to get the AMD A10 type processor with on chip graphics hardware. I do not know the specs of this chip as far as the video card equivalent. Should I look into adding a dedicated video card? does the AMD A10 chip play nice with another video card on the same Mo-board? Should I look elsewhere in terms of CPU and dedicated video card instead of the AMD A10 chip for better performance? I like the AMD A10 chip because it runs relatively cool, consumes less energy, but if its a big compromise to performance I would probably be happier with another combination. Thanks for any help.
