Jabberwockie 0
Hi, using latest version of MB classic (3.0.243.0) and chocolate theme. Server version (Version 3.0.5464.40000). Some movies are not displaying the metadata (not in the web client either). I have rescanned several times to no avail. The XML looks fine as far as I can see:
ebr 14913
Bring up the item with the metadata manager and refresh it. What happens?
Jabberwockie 0
Bring up the item with the metadata manager and refresh it. What happens? Odd - that movie is not in the list of movies. Refreshed but still nothing.
ebr 14913
Odd - that movie is not in the list of movies. Refreshed but still nothing. Okay, that means it is not being recognized as a movie. Probably a structure or naming problem. If you are on the dev server, please read the information in the alpha area about some changes in this area. Otherwise, please post a server log after refreshing one of these and a screen cap of an explorer window of the file structure.
Luke 37066
could also be a failure to read the file. please see: http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/790-how-to-report-a-problem/
