mgworek 121
I am new to MediaBrowser so hopefully I am just missing something. I am converting from Plex and my media is stored on an unRAID server. I don't want to spin up all my drives to watch one show so I added all of my disks individually instead of share that combines them. I have 14 disks so now I have 14 versions of a show instead of just one. Plex combines them into one show. Thoughts? Thanks
saitoh183 137
You added them all to the same type container? ie: you created TVshow then added all your folder path that contain TVshows?
mgworek 121
I did. Screenshots attached.
saitoh183 137
interesting, I would have thought that it would combine shows as well. I use drivepool so i never tried it this way. But with Drivepool my drives dont all spin up for watching 1 show.
mgworek 121
Nice. I wish unraid did that. I will see if anyone responds before putting in a feature request. For now, I will just add my Media share and let the drives spin up.
Maleficarum 68
I don't think it combines them. I'm pretty sure this has come up before and that's been the answer, although this may have changed. You could add them to your library from the individual sources and then put them into a collection in the metadata manager though, that might work.
