Aktarus 1 Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Hello, I have a little probvlem with my MB3 installation. Ecerything was fine until a couple of day.. When I acces server with web client, I have no more left menu or section tile in top of main screen. When I am on the home (portal) screen, I see my new stuff but no more section tiles in top of screen like MUSIC, VIDEO, TV ... And no more section too in the left menu... The menu only contain "Portal" "Metadata manager" and "Report" section.. All the library are not listed in left panel and in top of home screen... what' wrong ??? techywarrior 688 Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 That tends to happen if the location of the media (especially if you have metadata saved in media folders selected) is not accessible or if the drives are spun down. Typically waiting for the drives to spin up and then refreshing the page or navigating around will make it reappear. Could also be other issues so post some logs as Luke requested as well.
