Scan Not Cataloging artist She & Him Correctly

I am running Media Browser Version 3.0.5459.41325.

 

I discovered that the media scan is not processing albums for one of my artists correctly.

 

The artist is She & Him

 

I have the albums:  Volume One, Volume Two, Volume 3, Classics and A Very She & Him Christmas.

 

I verified that the MP3 metadata is accurate for all files.

 

All songs are found for all the albums.

 

However, all the songs get cataloged under one album..

 

I deleted everything via Metadata Manager and then restored the folders except for the .xml files and rescanned....same results... all songs under just one of the albums.

 

I am assuming it probably something to do with the "&" I the artist title....but not really sure.
