hec1152 2 Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 I have MB 3 on Win7 server which has access to shared folder (via mapped drive) on a Ubuntu Server that contains Media Libary. Access is via w:\@@Media which is the way the media library is mapped to the server. I keep getting a failure of the media library scan with "access denied". This worked at one time but I don't know what has changed. Suspecting a permissions problem, I think I've made sure that the shared folders on the Media server all have permissions such that anyone can access them read/write, etc. I've verified that from the Windows machine running the MB3 server these share folders (ie. w:\@@Media) is fully accessible. hec1152 2 Posted December 12, 2014 Author Share Posted December 12, 2014 Found the problem, I think. For some reason my shared folder became dismounted on Media Server machine.
