If you are on your local network, you can tap the Choose server button and it will try and autodetect your server for you.

... And ensure you have installed the server:)

That was presumed :) But yes, you would need a server install somewhere, whether it's your own, or a friend's shared to you (using MB Connect)

The server needs to be installed on a PC connected to your network to act as a server for the Windows Phone Client not on the phone itself.

 

You can get a version to suit just about any OS you are running here. http://mediabrowser.tv/download/

 

Server file is .exe file which is not supported by window phone
