Trouble with cast and crew thumnails

Hi all,

 

I'm having to manually refresh each cast and crew thubnail for them to show up. I've checked the paths that media browser server is looking for the thumbnails multiple times.

The paths are obviously correct because when I click on an individual cast member in a movie, then select "edit - refresh" the thumbnail shows and stays there. I've tried restarting the server multiple times and can't figure this out. Why don't they just show up automatically?

Downloading person images is done in a background task and can take quite a bit of time to get through the sometimes tens of thousands of people involved.  How long has it been since you installed?

I was actually trying to do it instantaneously. Tagging via MCM then refreshing and checking them on the server. But if this is done as a background task, then yeah, time is most likely the propblem. I"ll leave it running for a while and see.
